We have a 100% 'no questions asked' guarantee. Any product purchased on our Distinctly Tea Website that makes you less than happy, we will gladly replace the product or refund your purchase price provided you contact us within THREE weeks from the date of purchase.
Returns and refunds require prior approval from Distinctly Tea and we reserve the right to have the product returned to our Stratford Warehouse location
and will provide a return label that you can print and attach to the parcel.
