Shipping Policy
Orders received by noon are usually shipped the same day via Canada Post Expedited. Please allow from 3 to 5 days for orders shipped within Canada and 8 to 10 days for orders shipped to the Continental United States (not including weekends or holidays). During the Holiday period throughout December, delivery times may be extended. We have free shipping on orders $75.00 or more providing your entire order is shipped to one address only.

We offer NO Charge WATERLOO PICKUP option for orders $14.50 or more placed on line and picked up at our 187 King St. Store

Orders are shipped from our Distinctly Tea Stratford Warehouse location. We ship across continental North America only, No US Islands or Alaska. We are happy to ship our fresh flavourful teas and tisanes as well as unique tea accessories across Canada BC to Nfld. Please view our products online at www.shop.distinctlytea.com.
