Orders received by noon weekdays are usually shipped the same day via Canada Post Expedited. Please allow from 3 to 5 days for orders shipped within Canada and 8 to 10 days for orders shipped to the Continental United States (not including weekends or holidays). During the Holiday period throughout December delivery times may be extended. We have FREE Shipping in Canada for orders over $75.00. Orders below $75.00 incur a cost of $9.75. For ALL orders your entire order must be shipped to one address only. USA customers will be charged $14.50 per order and we only ship by TRACKABLE by Canada Post for less than 2 kilos. Over 2 kilos is NOT trackable to USA.
Orders are shipped from our Distinctly Tea Stratford Warehouse location. We ship across continental North America only, No Islands or Alaska. We have a 100% product return guarantee. Any product purchased on our Distinctly Tea Website that makes you less than happy, we will gladly replace the product or refund your purchase price provided you contact us within TWO weeks from the date of purchase and at least 95% of the tea is unused.
Returns and refunds require prior approval from Distinctly Tea and we reserve the right to have the product returned to our Stratford Warehouse location and will provide a return label that you can print and attach to the parcel.
